Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm is looking for HR Generalist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle Recruitment and onboarding process.
- Address Workplace concerns and employee relations.
- Maintain employee records, hr database, contracts and office compliance.
- Act as a compensation and benefits coordinator.
- Knowledgeable in labor law and compliance.
- Coordinate events and training and development for both employee and employer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource or related field.
- 1-2 years HR Generalist experience
- Good communication skills
- CHRA, RPm, CPP is a plus
- Willing to report in Pasay with Monday to Saturday schedule
