Job Description

• - Lead and direct all phases of eLearning, content development, LMS administration, customer, and vendor management projects.
• - Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of instructional designers, LMS administrators, content writers, and trainers.
• - Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
• - Managing resource allocation, and tracking team performance based on the project requirement
• - Weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards as per leadership requirement
• - Identifying risks and mitigation
• Qualifications/Requirements

• - Minimum 14-16 yrs of Project Management experience in eLearning/content development/learning industry
• - PMP (Project Management Professional) or PMI (Project Management Institute) certification is preferred
• - Knowledge of industry level LMs like SABA, SumTotal, Canvas, Brightspace, Moodle, Blackboard Learn, D2L, Google Classroom etc.
• - Knowledge of instructional designing principles, and adult learning theory
• - Expert in tools like Google workspace, JIRA, Asana, Microsoft office, Teams, Slack, and SmartSheet

Intended period of employment: 2 years
