Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Call Center Agent to join our manpower agency team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing communications with job seekers. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, conducting initial candidate screenings, providing information about job openings, and assisting with placement coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from job seekers.
- Conduct preliminary screenings of applicants based on job criteria provided by recruiters.
- Provide accurate information about job vacancies, requirements, and application processes.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruitment consultants.
- Answer general inquiries related to agency services, job postings, and application status.
- Maintain detailed database report of all candidate interactions.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm interview attendance or placement details.
- Support mass hiring campaigns, job fairs, and recruitment drives over the phone.
- Ensure a high level of customer service while meeting KPIs such as call volume, response time, and resolution rate.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a call center or recruitment support environment, preferably with a manpower agency.
- Education: collage graduate or any degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of call center operations and candidate/client engagement.
- Proficient in using database systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and manpower industry standards.
