As an Accounting Trainee, you will be providing accounting and clerical assistance to your designated team and assisting with inventory and record maintenance for your assigned stores. Specifically, you will be: Updating and maintaining data files and records
Recording information, processing, and filing formsAssisting your designated team in processing various transactions
Preparing checks, deposits, summaries, budgets, and/or basic financial reports
Tracking and resolving accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
Performing other basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, or any Accounting related courseSelf-motivated, diligent and highly organized with good work ethic
Detail-oriented with good analytical skill
Proficient in using Microsoft Office apps like Excel
