Loan Processor

Informs clients regarding loan charges such as monthly amortization, deductions, penalties, net proceeds, and documentation requirements prior to loan release
Ensures borrowers, co-borrowers, and co-makers comply with all required documents before loan proceeds are released
Checks the completeness, validity, and authenticity of all submitted documents
Facilitates the signing of legal documents such as Promissory Note (PN), Disclosure Statement (DS), Chattel Mortgage (CHM), Dacion en Pago, Voluntary Surrender (for collateral), and Deed of Assignment, as applicable
Assists borrowers in opening a Current Account
Conducts bank checking/verification for issued checks

Treasury Assistant

Receives remittances such as cash, checks, and direct deposits from collection personnel and borrowers
Issues provisional receipts to collection personnel
Monitors and tracks provisional receipts and maintains transmittal of PR booklets
Deposits client remittances and payments to the bank
Transmits vouchers of released checks or post-dated checks to Head Office
Posts remittances and restructured accounts in the system

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any four-year business-related course
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
High sense of responsibility, accountability, and integrity
Computer-literate
Willing to undergo training in Pasig City (Ortigas) for 2–3 weeks
