HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Female / Male
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any Human Resource related course
- At least 1 year experience in human resource
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledgeable of basic in HR and labor laws
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Must be knowledgeable in government compliance regulatory and statutory obligation
- Enthusiasm for working within a team
- Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry and record keeping
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training staff members.
- Handling administrative task like scheduling interviews, managing job applications, and maintaining an employee database.
- Administering payroll, compensation, and benefits
