ADMIN / HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Qualifications:

Female / Male
Bachelor’s Degree graduate of any Human Resource related course preferred
At least 2 years experience in all facets of human resource
Proficient in Microsoft office
Knowledgeable of basic in HR and labor laws
Strong personality which can handle pressure
Above average communications and organizational skills
With enough knowledge and experienced in Compensation and benefits such as payroll processing and SSS, PHIC and HDMF reports.
Proficiency in administrative duties such as communications, data entry and record keeping
With potential to handle a leadership role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles manpower acquisition such as screening of applicants and managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training staff members.
Handling administrative task like internal and external communication and maintaining an employee database.
Administering payroll, compensation, and benefits
Serves as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, help organize employee events and support performance reviews
Representing the company in any legal disputes
