COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OFFICER

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accountancy or related field.
Experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft application especially Excel and its functions.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to details, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Highly organized, dependable and capable of meeting deadlines.
Willing to work in a fast-paced construction industry environment.
