In this role, you will lead conflict resolution, performance management, compliance, and engagement initiatives, while supporting talent retention and organizational growth.

As a vital strategic partner to our HR team, you will help cultivate a high-performing, compliant, and people-first culture designed to drive long-term business success and maintain harmony across the workforce.

Core Mandate & Objectives:

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to synchronize employee relations strategies with business priorities, ensuring a stable and motivated workforce.

Culture & Relations: Foster a fair, inclusive, and highly engaging workplace while championing compliant and proactive employee relations practices.

Compliance & Advocacy: Serve as the subject matter expert on labor laws, internal governance, and disciplinary frameworks, acting as a balanced advocate for both the company and its people.

Performance & Retention: Partner with managers to guide performance improvement plans, mediation, and retention initiatives that mitigate turnover.

Operational Excellence: Modernize ER workflows using data analytics to track workplace trends and sentiment, while leading and mentoring a high-achieving HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic ER & Advisory: Act as the primary advisor to management on complex employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and workplace dispute resolution.

Conflict Resolution & Mediation: Lead independent investigations into employee grievances, behavioral issues, or policy violations, ensuring fair and well-documented outcomes.

Performance Management Support: Oversee the disciplinary action process and guide leadership on executing fair, constructive Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

Legal Compliance & Labor Governance: Ensure strict alignment with labor laws, manage risks associated with employment termination, and protect the organization from labor disputes.

Employee Engagement & Sentiment Tracking: Design initiatives that boost morale, and utilize HRIS data/analytics to identify and address systemic workplace issues.

Policy Development: Review, update, and implement company handbooks and HR policies to foster an equitable workplace.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, Training, and Total Rewards to ensure a seamless, supportive lifecycle for all employees.

Stakeholder Engagement & Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead culture-building projects, change management initiatives, and special ER assignments as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience specializing in Employee Relations / HR Generalist within a fast-paced, goal-driven environment (e.g., BPO, call/contact centers, or shared services).

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the corporate sector, labor standards, and high-volume workforce dynamics.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in productivity software and HRIS platforms; experience using data to track ER case management and turnover metrics.

ER Expertise: Proven track record of handling complex investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with high confidentiality and objectivity.

Soft Skills: Exceptional active listening, conflict mediation, communication, and executive decision-making capabilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed.

Availability: Ready to onboard immediately (Can start ASAP).
