Compliance Officer (Urgent Hiring)

COMPLIANCE OFFICER (URGENT HIRING)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements and renewals for business operations
• Prepare, process, and follow up on permits, licenses, and certifications
• Maintain up-to-date records of all regulatory documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and internal companies for compliance-related activities
• Monitor changes in regulations and update management on their implications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in government and private sectors to support smooth compliance operations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory or administrative role
• Strong familiarity and working experience with the following agencies and permits: BIR, DTI, City Hall Business Permit, SEC, FDA, NMIS, DOLE Working Permit, Working Visa processing, ACR, BFP, Philgeps, Trade Name registration, etc.
• Well-connected with relevant individuals or offices that can support timely compliance
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work on-site in Mandaue City Cebu
