TITLING & PROCESSING OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Graduate with Business related course
Single
Female
With or without experience

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Transfer titles, which may include a Tax Declaration only or a titled lot.
Process and transact the following:
Title transfers at the Registry of Deeds (RD)
Transfer taxes, tax receipts, tax clearances, and certified true copies at the Municipal and Provincial Assessor's offices
Prepare and compile important documents for submission to various government agencies to ensure compliance, including:
Tax Declaration for lot & building transfers
Certificate of Authorizing Authority (CAR)
Annual assessment for business permits
Annual tax payments for each project and the Governor's permit for accreditation
Prepare and facilitate notarization of necessary documents
Coordination with Accounting, Marketing, Administrative, and Engineering Departments to monitor prerequisite requirements for each transaction
Transfer tax payments
Send annual tax reminders for payments associated with each buyer's newly released Tax Declaration for both lots and buildings
Update the status report on each transaction for buyers
Monitor and update the expenses for each buyer, especially in-house buyers
Ensure bank compliance regarding collaterals
