Job Summary:

The Information Security Officer is responsible for overseeing the organization’s information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, enforce, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls aligned with BPO and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain and organize company documents, SOPs, security guidelines, and compliance records to ensure proper version control and accessibility.
• Drive the standardization of documents across departments to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, internal audits, and security reviews across sites or accounts.
• Monitor and respond to information security incidents, breaches, or violations, and document findings and corrective actions.
• Lead or assist in external audits, client assessments, and certifications related to information security.
• Collaborate with Training, HR, IT, and Operations to roll out security awareness programs for employees.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements to strengthen overall security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication.
