Summary
GoTeam is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax and Compliance Officer to oversee all tax-related compliance matters while managing special projects such as company registration, tax audits, and corporate restructuring. This pivotal role requires a strong understanding of tax laws, business regulations, and project management.
About The Job- Team Size: 15-20 Finance/Accounting Professionals
- Oversee tax and compliance matters for a range of special projects, serving as the primary point of contact. These projects include, but are not limited to:
- Company Registration
- Transfer Pricing
- CAS (Computerized Accounting System) Registration
- Increase of Authorized Capital Stock
- Company Trademark Registration
- 2025 External Auditor
- Other International Compliance Tasks
- Work with external consultants by providing necessary information and ensure projects meet company and legal requirements.
- Communicate with government agencies to handle filings, inquiries, and ensure project compliance.
- Help prepare and review documents needed by government agencies and consultants.
- Work with consultants and government bodies to guarantee special projects by ensuring all rules and regulations are followed.
- Help spot and reduce any tax or compliance risks in special projects.
- Keep internal stakeholders updated on project progress through regular communication.
- Assist in handling regulatory processes for special projects together with consultants and government personnel.
- Handle additional tax and compliance tasks related to special projects or external partners.
- Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or tax certification is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax compliance, corporate finance, or a related field
- Solid understanding of tax regulations, corporate compliance, and business registration procedures
- Proven experience in handling government filings, audits, and compliance-related projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with external consultants
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in accounting software and tax reporting tools
- Willing to perform fieldwork and render overtime when necessary
- Open to using AI tools to enhance work efficiency
