Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations including implementing HR policies, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company standards.Responsibilities include supporting employee relations, maintaining accurate records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and ensuring that all HR processes align with organizational goals.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and understanding of HR policies
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive personnel matters
- Ability to work in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a Generalist or similar HR role is an advantage
