About the role
As an HR Generalist at RVD FOOD Inc', you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function and contributing to the success of our growing organisation. This is a full-time position based in Parqal Mall, Paranaque City Metro Manila, where you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and benefits management.
What you'll be doing- Partnering with managers to identify and address their HR-related needs
- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Administering employee benefits, including leave, insurance and retirement plans
- Handling employee relations issues and supporting performance management processes
- Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related policies and procedures
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in HR information systems and data management
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
