Role overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to oversee and manage key human resource functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations and play a vital role in supporting both internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage HR records and employee documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee timekeeping and attendance monitoring for all employees
- Handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding — for internal roles, direct employees, and third-party service providers
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with company policy and labor standards
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, timekeeping systems, and standard HR practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Willing to work onsite in Manila
- Available to start immediately
