Delivery Checker
About the role
As a Delivery Checker at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of goods across our Central Luzon operations. This full-time position is responsible for meticulously verifying the contents of each delivery, ensuring that the right products are shipped to the correct destinations.
What you'll be doing- Thoroughly inspect and count incoming goods to verify they match the order details and shipping documentation
- Liaise with warehouse staff and drivers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with deliveries
- Maintain detailed records of all deliveries, including the contents, condition of products, and any deviations from the order
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the delivery process and minimise errors
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed
- Ensure the safe handling and storage of all products in line with company policies and procedures
- Previous experience as a delivery checker or in a similar logistics role
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a delivery checker or in a similar logistics role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately count and verify large volumes of products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking procedures
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications (MS Excel, inventory software) and barcode scanning systems
- Physical fitness to perform manual handling tasks, such as loading and unloading vehicles
- A keen eye for spotting discrepancies and a proactive approach to problem-solving
