Fiield Auditor (Imus and Mabalacat)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Audit all assigned branches by rotation on gradual basis including but not limited to their day-to-day transactions, activities, documentations and record keeping.
- Audit 8 to 10 groups or as may be required and needed depending on the branch condition and status.
- Check all the book of records in the branches like loan application and related requirements, Loan Release Master Roll, DO Register, BARB, Cash Book, General Ledger, Monthly Report and all other related papers;
- Check compliance to Health and Safety;
- Check compliance to IT requirements;
- Submit report on specific format after auditing every branch and enclose every related document; verify the loan application, investigation and disbursement procedures were conducted based on the policies.
- Submission of monthly audit plan to be approved by authority;
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- MUST BE WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ANYWHERE IN THE PHILIPPINES.
- Must be willing to do field work
- Accounting graduate or any related business course
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Strong oral and written communications skills are important
- Proficient in standard office software, English Language and MS Office: Advanced Level
- Works independently under minimum supervision
- Strong knowledge of internal audit concepts, standards and principles
- Sound knowledge of business practices, risks and business process improvements
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work on multiple tasks or assignments
- Strong ability to work with people
- Proficient in preparation, audit report writing, presentation skills and sound interpersonal skills
