Key duties include feeding raw materials, adjusting machines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment and documentation for a smooth workflow and to meet production goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Operate various machinery and equipment, feeding raw materials and monitoring their performance.
Equipment Monitoring: Watch gauges, lines, and other indicators to ensure machinery is working correctly and efficiently.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on finished products and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and report equipment breakdowns.
Documentation: Accurately record production data, materials used, and products produced.
Material Management: Ensure all necessary raw materials, packaging, and cleaning supplies are readily available on the production floor.
Teamwork: Liaise with other production line workers and supervisors to coordinate activities and achieve production goals.
