What is the job?

The Accountant is responsible for daily processing of invoices and month-end responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with check runs, vendor account reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure timely filing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate payments.
• Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and support month-end closing tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting tasks, including accounts payable, ERP transitions, and inbox management.
• Proficient in high-volume accounts payable processing, invoice lifecycle management, and using financial systems and spreadsheets (MS Excel).
