Business Development Officer

About the role

Your strategic efforts will directly contribute to KFC's success in the highly competitive sales and new business development landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management

• Rental negotiations, lease renewals
• Operational requests and issues, Marketing requests, Accounting and payment concerns, Engineering concerns
• Rightsizing, renovations
• Closures, refunds
• Updating of monitoring files and databases

1. Store Expansion

• Site Acquisition, site visits, negotiation, documentation, preparation of deck, financials, site pack, pre-construction and pre-opening requirements, coordination with all departments until store opening.

1. Represent KFC in industry events, networking activities, and other professional engagements.

• Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales or food and beverage industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and act on business opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willing to work in Quezon City and report full time-on site.
