Business Development Manager (Mall Leasing / Kiosk Expansion)

Quezon City / NCR - Nationwide

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our retail expansion by securing and setting up kiosks in malls and shopping centers nationwide. This role will handle end-to-end leasing, negotiations, processing of contracts, and expansion performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead expansion of kiosks in malls and shopping malls across assigned areas
• Identify and secure high-potential kiosk spaces in malls and commercial locations
• Coordinate with mall leasing officers for space availability and requirements
• Handle negotiations for rental terms, contracts, and agreements
• Process and manage lease contracts, documentation, and approvals
• Oversee full kiosk setup process (site acquisition, approval, and opening)
• Ensure compliance with mall guidelines, permits, and operational standards
• Coordinate kiosk design, construction, and opening with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall partners
• Monitor kiosk performance and recommend expansion opportunities
• Manage contract renewals and portfolio growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in mall leasing, retail expansion, or business development
• Proven experience in handling kiosk/store setup in malls
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Leadership and team management experience is an advantage
• Strategic, organized, and results-driven
• Willing to travel nationwide

KPI (Key Performance Indicators):

• Number of kiosks secured and successfully opened per month/quarter
• Speed of contract processing and approval completion
• Sales performance of newly opened kiosks
• Expansion coverage in assigned areas
• Quality of mall partnerships and relationship management
• Achievement of monthly/quarterly expansion targets
