The selected candidate shall serve as a Business Development Consultant For Project Management and shall be responsible for the following:

• Serve as the strategic representative of Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (Alfamart Indonesia), guiding the business development initiatives of Alfamart Philippines to ensure alignment with the Indonesian business model.
• Act as a key advisor for store expansion, third-party partnerships, and project execution, providing high-level insights to mitigate risks and drive successful market penetration.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of store location development, from site identification and evaluation to coordinating with third-party partners and finalizing store openings.
• Act as the primary liaison between Alfamart Indonesia and Alfamart Philippines, ensuring that local business development efforts are consistent with the parent company’s vision and strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, supply chain concepts, and Project management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies to challenges that may affect the business development of Alfamart Philippines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in any APAC language is an advantage.
