PASTRY BAKER

The job duties of a pastry staff include preparing desserts like pies, cakes, candies, cookies and other pastries. Pastry Staff will check the quality of their ingredients to create dough that is then rolled, shaped, and baked into the desired product.

Qualifications/Requirements

College level or with culinary certificate
At least 2-3 years working experience in the same position in a hotel industry
Must be resourceful, flexible and patient
Must have the ability to think out of the box
Willing to be trained

With good interpersonal skills
