Executive Assistant cum Business Development Associate

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

• Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Handle confidential correspondence, email management, and phone communications.
• Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Take notes during meetings and prepare minutes/action plans.
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Business Development Duties:

• Conduct market research and identify potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies and proposals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, client information, and follow-ups.
• Support in preparing pitch decks, client presentations, and marketing materials.
• Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress on business goals.
