 A.  Training & Development
  1. Maintains and updates the company’s Training Plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Updates eLearning modules and delivers training sessions as required.
  3. Updates the Training Plan based on identified needs from KRA discussions.
  4. Sources, schedules, and enrolls employees in external and internal training programs.
  5. Ensures all Supervisors are trained in ISO standards in compliance with certifications.
  6. Provides specialized training, such as First Responder and Advanced Excel, to enhance employee skills.
  7. Assesses the effectiveness of training programs and recommends improvements.
  8. Assists Supervisors in addressing crew performance issues and instilling company values.
  9. Documents and files all training records and issues training certificates as required.
  10. Assists employees with benefits-related training (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).
  11. Arranges driving lessons and license applications for employees.Employee Engagement & Activities
 B.  Employee Engagement & Activities
  1. Organizes company activities such as Christmas Parties, Sports Tournaments, and Team-Building events
  2. Promotes workplace engagement and collaboration through positive programs.
 C.  Compliance & Reporting
  1. Updates the Dashboard daily.
  2. Ensures all training and development activities comply with company policies, ISO requirements, and Safety First principles.
  3. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Additional training or certification in labor relations, occupational safety, or organizational development is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in HR and people management
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S practices, and workplace safety regulations
  • Willing to travel to different project sites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • With high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Empathetic, fair, and objective in decision-making
