Property Manager & Human Resource Manager

Oversee property operations and people management, ensuring efficient facilities administration, tenant relations, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth day-to-day business activities.

• Manage property operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Oversee client, occupant, and stakeholder concerns
• Monitor property-related contracts, permits, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
• Administer HR policies, employee records, and performance processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare operational and HR reports for management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Property Management, or related field
• Experience in property administration, HR, or operations management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
