Responsibilities: ·
Handle end-to-end process of recruitment, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, administering the pre-employment exam, interviewing applicants, and performing reference checks.Partner with schools for graduate lists, brand building activities
Explore and expand traditional and alternative sources of talents
Seek to gain a deeper understanding of each job vacancy’s unique requirements.
Consult with members of the Management team to ensure that the right candidates are being placed into the right position.
Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares recruitment reports, recommends changes to improve the recruitment process.
Prepare and execute job offers and ensure candidates’ completion of pre-employment requirements. · Keep updated with new trends and technologies in recruitment, selection, and hiring
Train new team members and keep the team working productively to meet goals
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent; with experience in recruitment work is an advantage
At least 1-2 years recruitment/recruiting experience
