We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date
- Assist in payroll preparation and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Handle employee relations, concerns, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 1–3 years experience as HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in MS Office
