HR Generalist
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations.
As a HR Generalist, you will:
- Do NTE review and validation.
- Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
- Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
- Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.
- Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
- Handle employee grievances
Do you have what it takes to become a HR Generalist?
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
- Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Can work independently.
- Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
