My Uniware Collections Inc. is a rapidly expanding e-commerce company seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-oriented HR Generalist to support our growing workforce. This role is essential in overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll support, and labor law compliance.

We are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment such as e-commerce, logistics, retail, or warehouse operations, and is passionate about improving employee experience while maintaining efficient and compliant HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and job offers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to fill roles across office and warehouse operations
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database
  • Improve hiring strategies to attract and secure qualified candidates efficiently
Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure new hires understand company policies and expectations
  • Create a smooth and engaging onboarding experience to support retention
  • Assist in initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Employee Relations
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Help address workplace issues and promote a positive work culture
  • Support engagement activities and culture-building programs
HR Administration & Operations
  • Maintain accurate employee records using Google Workspace (e.g., Google Sheets)
  • Assist in payroll support, attendance monitoring, and leave administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
  • Support initiatives for employee growth, upskilling, and career progression
Performance Management
  • Assist in performance evaluations, appraisals, and improvement plans
  • Monitor and document employee performance metrics
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and industry trends
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or in a similar role
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or warehouse settings is an advantage
  • Warehouse HR experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
