Job Summary

The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day human resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, government compliance, and employee support. This role is ideal for someone with foundational HR experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers, and pre-employment requirements)
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth employee integration
  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements across stores and support functions
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring turnaround
  1. Government Benefits Administration
  • Process employee enrollment, updates, and claims for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  • Monitor compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate with government agencies for employee concerns and verification
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to benefits
  1. Employee Records & HR Operations
  • Maintain and update 201 files and HRIS records
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring accuracy of employee data, attendance, and benefits
  • Support day-to-day HR concerns and employee inquiries
  1. Labor Relations & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Philippine Labor Laws and company policies
  • Assist in drafting HR documents such as NTEs, memos, and contracts
  • Support employee relations concerns and disciplinary processes
  • Help ensure DOLE compliance and documentation readiness
  1. HR Projects & Support
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives (engagement, retention, process improvement)
  • Support audits and report generation when needed
  • Collaborate with the HR team on process standardization and improvements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably as a Generalist or similar role
  • Proven experience in:
  • Government benefits processing (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Familiarity with Philippine Labor Laws and HR practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in BGC
