We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers. This role is open to candidates from any educational background, including fresh graduates, who are eager to start their career in sales and business development.Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential leads through online research, social media, and other channels
- Perform initial outreach to prospects via email, phone calls, or messaging platforms
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns
- Prepare basic reports on lead generation activities and results
- Open to graduates from any course or discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to learn sales and lead generation processes
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset
