Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential partners, suppliers, sellers, and franchisees. This role is crucial in expanding our business pipeline by executing strategic outreach and nurturing high-quality leads that convert into long-term partners.

• Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified leads through digital channels, social media, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct market research to target potential suppliers, sellers, franchisees, and corporate clients.
• Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and Google.
• Qualify leads and coordinate handoffs to the Sales and Business Development team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute email and messaging campaigns to nurture prospects.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and online advertising.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
