Role Summary
This role owns end-to-end outbound lead generation and appointment setting to deliver 12–15 qualified discovery calls per month from international markets (US, UK, AU).
The position is accountable for building a predictable pipeline through structured prospecting, multi-channel outreach, CRM management, and follow-up systems. Success is measured by qualified meetings booked, outreach volume consistency, CRM accuracy, and pipeline growth, directly contributing to building a repeatable client acquisition engine independent of founder-led sales.
Key Responsibilities (Execution-Focused)
B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Research- Build 150–200 new ICP-qualified prospects weekly across target industries (construction, trades, security, events, hospitality, agencies, professional services)
- Identify and document decision-makers (CEO, Founder, Owner, Marketing Director, Operations Lead) per account
- Extract and verify prospect data using LinkedIn, Apollo, company websites, and databases before outreach
- Validate emails using Apollo and manual verification workflows before campaign entry
- Maintain updated, structured lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM daily
- Send 30–40 LinkedIn connection requests daily and track acceptance rates
- Execute 20+ personalized LinkedIn or social messages daily with clear CTAs
- Send 50–75 cold emails daily (300+ weekly) and monitor deliverability
- Execute 600–800 outbound touches weekly across all channels
- Qualify leads based on ICP fit, need, and buying intent before booking
- Book discovery calls directly into Founder/Closer calendars with complete context notes
- Execute minimum 5 follow-ups per prospect within 14 days
- Launch and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + Email + Social)
- Track and optimize open rates, reply rates, and booked meeting rates weekly
- Test messaging angles and targeting segments and document results weekly
- Adjust outreach volume and targeting based on performance gaps
- Log all activities in CRM daily with 98%+ accuracy
- Tag and segment leads into cold, warm, organic, and retargeting categories
- Maintain a clean, updated pipeline with clear status progression
- Upload and assign inbound leads into CRM within 24 hours
- Maintain real-time lead tracker dashboard accessible to leadership
- Schedule and confirm discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Attach detailed prospect notes (company, need, context, conversation summary) before handoff
- Align weekly with Growth Lead on ICP, targeting, and campaign direction
- Submit weekly performance report every Friday by 3 PM including:
- Leads sourced
- Outreach volume
- Reply rate
- Qualified calls booked
- Pipeline status
- Maintain live dashboard tracking outreach and conversion metrics
Role Requirements
Experience & Skills- 3–5 years experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound marketing
- Proven track record booking qualified discovery calls in international markets (US, UK, AU)
- Experience in agencies, consulting firms, or professional services environments
- Hands-on use of:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- Cold email platforms (e.g., Instantly or similar)
- CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Ability to write high-converting short-form cold outreach messages with clear CTA
- Strong prospect research and data validation capability
- Working knowledge of sales funnel stages (cold, warm, organic)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting
- Executes daily outreach targets (connections, emails, follow-ups) without supervision
- Tracks performance metrics daily and increases activity when below targets
- Flags campaign or pipeline bottlenecks within 24 hours
- Prioritizes qualified calls booked over activity metrics
- Documents outreach scripts, experiments, and results systematically
- Operates on daily output targets, not vague activity
- 12–15 qualified discovery calls booked per month
- 600–800 outbound touches per week
- 150–200 new qualified prospects added weekly
- Reply rate: 8–15% (cold outreach benchmark)
- CRM accuracy: 98%+
- 100% on-time reporting (weekly report every Friday by 3 PM)
- Collaborates with Growth Lead to align targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy
- Coordinates with Founder/Closer to ensure booked calls meet qualification standards
- Works with Marketing/Ads team to follow up inbound leads within 24 hours
- Supports Sales by delivering fully qualified, well-documented prospects ready for closing
