About the role

Peridou Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Detective & Investigator to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Detective & Investigator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and resolving complex employee-related issues within our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Conducting thorough investigations into reports of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns
  2. Collecting and analysing relevant evidence, interviewing witnesses, and compiling comprehensive investigative reports
  3. Collaborating with HR, legal, and management teams to determine appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the company's position in any legal proceedings
  5. Providing recommendations to improve company policies, processes, and training programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  6. Staying up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in HR investigations, employee relations, or a similar role
  2. Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to gather and analyse complex information objectively
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the tact and sensitivity to handle sensitive workplace issues
  4. Thorough understanding of employment law, labour relations, and workplace policies
  5. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  6. Proficient in report writing and case management
