About the role
Peridou Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Detective & Investigator to join our growing team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time HR Detective & Investigator, you will play a crucial role in identifying, investigating, and resolving complex employee-related issues within our organisation.Your mission is to ensure our workplace remains compliant, harmonious, and aligned with our core values.
What you'll be doing- Conducting thorough investigations into reports of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and other workplace concerns
- Collecting and analysing relevant evidence, interviewing witnesses, and compiling comprehensive investigative reports
- Collaborating with HR, legal, and management teams to determine appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the company's position in any legal proceedings
- Providing recommendations to improve company policies, processes, and training programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Staying up-to-date with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR investigations, employee relations, or a similar role
- Excellent investigative skills, with the ability to gather and analyse complex information objectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the tact and sensitivity to handle sensitive workplace issues
- Thorough understanding of employment law, labour relations, and workplace policies
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in report writing and case management
