About the role

CTT.Synergy Corporation (BUILTAMART) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing, dynamic team. As part of the team, you will be doing an end-to-end HR Process that will cultivate your knowledge and skills as an HR practitioner.

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Do the recruitment and onboarding process, which includes sourcing, interviewing, job offers, and orientation programs.
  2. Conduct Performance Management, Job Analysis, and Career Progression for all employees.
  3. Create employee engagement activities, events, culture-building, and organizational development.
  4. Facilitate onboarding, training, and other employee development interventions.
  5. Maintain accurate employee records such as 201 files, Medical Records, etc., and generate HR reports to support data-driven decision-making
  6. Participate in the planning and execution of employee events and initiatives that foster a positive company culture
  7. Do timekeeping, payroll, and handle compensation and benefits, including mandatory benefits.
  8. Handles employee rewards and other incentives.
  9. Facilitate labor relations, employee welfare, and address employee concerns.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources generalist or officer role.
  2. Graduate of HR-related courses, Behavioral Science, or Psychology.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management principles
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
  5. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  6. With proven leadership and management skills.
  7. Willing to work on-site and in multiple locations.
