Successful Candidate should have:
- Proven HR leadership experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or other regulated environments
- Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR governance, ideally in manufacturing or commercial settings
- Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and hands‑on execution in a fast‑growing or transformational business
- Track record in organizational transformation, including workforce restructuring, org design, or major change initiatives
- Solid experience managing labor relations, employee issues, and stakeholder engagement
- Exposure to regional or multi‑country operations, partnering with leadership across markets
- Trusted advisor to senior leadership, with confidence influencing decisions on talent, performance, rewards, and succession
- Pragmatic, business‑oriented HR leader who can deliver results quickly without over‑bureaucracy
- Experience working closely with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build high‑performance, compliant, and engaged teams
