Job Summary:
HR Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of human resources functions to support daily operations and ensure effective people management within the organization. This role handles recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, policy implementation, compliance, and administrative HR tasks.The Hr Generalist serves as a key point of contact for employees and management regarding hr related concerns and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course
- At least 1-3years of experience in HR or related role preferably in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Development
- Prioritizes urgent concerns such as disciplinary cases or manpower shortage
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Indeed, Facebook etc.) and recruitment tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- With good oral and communication skill
- Must be trustworthy and organized
