Healthcare Partnership And Business Development Specialist
OptiMindHealth is a rapidly growing U.S. based mental health organization dedicated to providing high-quality psychiatric and mental health services. We work closely with healthcare providers, hospitals, therapists, schools, and community organizations to improve access to care.
In this role, you will identify prospective referral partners, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, maintain professional relationships, and help grow strategic partnerships with organizations that can benefit from mental health services.
Conducting thorough market research using AI tools to identify potential partners, analyze their needs and requirements, and develop tailored value propositions to facilitate mutually beneficial collaborations, is a part of this role.
This is a relationship-focused business development role rather than a traditional call-center or telemarketing position. As such, the ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building professional relationships and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment, while collaborating closely with our liaison and marketing team.
