Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Blue Yonder to support, optimize, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain planning and execution processes. The role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective utilization of Blue Yonder solutions to meet operational and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the SME for Blue Yonder applications (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, WMS, or Fulfillment)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
- Lead system configuration, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for supply chain users
- Collaborate with IT teams for system integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Analyze supply chain data to drive insights on forecasting, inventory, and service levels
- Support end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes and best practices
- Participate in implementation projects, including testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
- Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business KPIs and operational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
- Experience in supply chain experience, with at least hands-on experience in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA)
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes: demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and logistics
- Experience in ERP/WMS/TMS systems integration is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in Blue Yonder modules (Demand Planning, Fulfillment, ESP, WMS, Luminate)
- Background in implementation or transformation projects
- Knowledge of Agile / project management methodologies
- Exposure to regional or global supply chain operations
