The Demand Planner is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring optimal product availability while preserving the luxury beauty brand’s premium positioning.
Our ideal candidate combines strong data analysis skills with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the luxury and beauty space.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field
Experience:
- 3–6+ years work experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (preferably in beauty, fashion, or FMCG)
- Experience working with luxury or premium consumer brands is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP, or similar)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies and inventory management principles

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Commercial awareness, especially within luxury retail dynamics
- Agility in managing fast product cycles and frequent launches
