Tosen Foods Inc., a food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Meycauayan City Bulacan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in optimising our end-to-end supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient delivery of our high-quality food products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the procurement, warehouse, inventory, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes and minimize disruptions
Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives
Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, Industrial Engineering or related course.
Must have at least eight (8) years of work experience in supply chain management.
Expertise in supply chain optimization
Advance knowledge of logistics and distribution
In-depth understanding of supplier management
Risk mitigation strategies
Data analysis and KPI management
Proficiency in Excel, software and tools
Willing to work in Meycauayan Bulacan
