ERP Systems Analyst (Supply Chain)

• Interpret and optimize ERP configuration, data structures, workflows, and integrations to support procurement, inventory, and logistics operations
• Lead the resolution of complex ERP issues, performing root‑cause analysis and recommending corrective and preventative solutions
• Provide advanced ERP support through IT ticketing systems, ensuring the timely resolution of critical supply chain system issues
• Drive ERP utilization and process optimization by identifying workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for system standardization across regions
• Lead testing activities for ERP patches, upgrades, service packs, and new module implementations.
• Design, enhance, and validate ERP reporting and analytics, determining when ad‑hoc reporting is required and defining data specifications
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to data flows, integrations, and database logic impacting procurement, inventory, master data, and transactions
• Support automation and productivity initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and enhance system performance
• Deliver advanced training and coaching to end users, contributing to standardized training materials and best‑practice adoption
• Support internal and external audits by validating data accuracy, explaining system controls, and ensuring compliance with ERP governance standards

A successful ERP Systems Expert (Supply Chain) should have:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience working with Supply Chain ERP applications.
• Proven ability to act as an ERP SME, supporting configuration, workflows, and issue resolution.
• Strong experience with ERP troubleshooting, including root‑cause analysis across data, integrations, and system logic.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, materials management, and master data.
• Advanced computer literacy, including MS Office, database tools (e.g., MS Access or similar), and ERP reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex issues independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to support and train non‑technical end users.
