• Computer Science, Information Systems degree or related background
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• At least 3-5 years of independently leading software projects
• Proficient in creating project documentation specifically Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), UAT Test Document etc.
• Plus+ if :Experience in Innovation Methodologies (Design Thinking)
• Good client relationship management skills
• Experience or a certification in agile processes, or PMP certification is a plus
• Inquisitive and analytical
• Responsible and self-motivated

• More than 3-5 years experience in leading agile and design thinking methodologies to develop MVPs, prototypes, or pilots that test assumptions quickly and efficiently.
• Conduct market, trend, and user research to support the ideation and business case development of new initiatives.
• Present regular updates and insights to senior management and contribute to innovation strategy and roadmap development.
• Develop comprehensive software documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), technical workflows, UAT documentation, IT security documentation, and more.
• Support the Senior Project Manager throughout the software development lifecycle, from initiation to launch, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate the development of the software solution, managing tasks through a ticketing system and ensuring clear communication.
• Lead, plan, and execute innovation-focused projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (product, tech, design, marketing, operations, cients) to co-create and validate innovative solutions.
• Track project performance, manage budgets and resources, and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
