ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER- Project Coordination and Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery of project objectives and deliverables.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, timelines, status reports, and resource tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and priorities.
- Team and Task Management
- Help facilitate day-to-day project operations and team coordination.
- Track assigned tasks, monitor progress, and follow up on pending deliverables.
- Promote effective collaboration and communication among project team members.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a point of coordination for project-related communications and updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, project reports, and presentation materials.
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations and addressing project concerns in a timely manner.
- Risk, Issue, and Quality Monitoring
- Support the identification of project risks and issues and assist in implementing mitigation plans.
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Escalate critical concerns or delays to the Project Manager when necessary.
- Resource and Administrative Support
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate project logistics, documentation, and administrative requirements.
- Support vendor coordination and procurement-related activities, when applicable.
- Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project documentation standardization.
- Participate in project reviews and lessons learned discussions to support operational efficiency and project success.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Open for Fresh Graduate.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Certification or training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or related disciplines is an advantage.
