Who we need:
- Familiar with all HR Facets and Labor Law
- With proven experience in HR
- Can issue NTEs and Disciplinary Actions
- Can coordinate to each department's manager for their staff concern
- Can manage a day-to-day office affair
- Can attend to any DOLE/DTI mediation if applicable
- Can monitor if all the staff are compliant to all the company policy
- Can handle confidential and trivial matters
- With "Can do attitude"
- Can represent as a point person if there is any concern
- With bachelor's degree
