HR MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Organizational Development
- Performance Management
- HR Operations and Compliance
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning for 40+ stores in Cebu City and future expansions
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending revisions human resource policies and procedures.
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and labor-related matters.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration while ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead the implementation of employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at NLRC or DOLE hearings
- Support organizational growth through training, development, and culture-building initiatives.
- Partner with management in driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Develop and oversee performance management systems (KPI and KRA) and evaluation processes.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of solid HR experience with strong exposure to all facets of HR and in a managerial role.
- Proven background in:
- Compensation and Benefits
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Organizational Development
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR systems.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
