HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Organizational Development
  • Performance Management
  • HR Operations and Compliance
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and workforce planning for 40+ stores in Cebu City and future expansions
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending revisions human resource policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and labor-related matters.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead the implementation of employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends;
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at NLRC or DOLE hearings
  • Support organizational growth through training, development, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with management in driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and oversee performance management systems (KPI and KRA) and evaluation processes.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of solid HR experience with strong exposure to all facets of HR and in a managerial role.
  • Proven background in:
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Recruitment
  • Employee Relations
  • Organizational Development
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
