JOB SUMMARY:

Provide exemplary customer service and technical support to field service technicians in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues, ensuring meticulous documentation in the CRM and timely closure of all interactions.
 A.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Engage with customers via phone, addressing inquiries and directing them toward appropriate services and solutions.
  2. Thoroughly and accurately record all interactions and recommended solutions in the CRM.
  3. Ensure timely resolution and closure of technical issues within established timelines.
  4. Foster a positive team environment, demonstrating high motivation and strong teamwork.
  5. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting while exercising independent judgment.
  6. Assist with additional projects or tasks assigned by the Manager.
 B.  JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 I.  Educational Background: Any college graduate or undergraduate is acceptable.

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years in customer support or helpdesk roles.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude:

  1. Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Exceptional call handling and telephone etiquette.
  3. Tech-savvy, proactive, team-oriented, quick learner, and resourceful.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-up.
  5. Availability for night shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  6. Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  7. Ability to commute reliably to MEPZ1, Lapulapu City, or willingness to relocate before commencing on-site work.
