The Technical Support Representative will assist customers with technical concerns related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, and service issues. You will provide step-by-step troubleshooting, resolve technical problems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide technical troubleshooting for software, hardware, and connectivity issues
